Job Title: Full Stack Developer( MERN Stack)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end development, writing clean code, and working in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React.js.
- Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage NoSQL databases using MongoDB.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers in an agile environment.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and continuous improvements.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+ and familiarity with TypeScript (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with React.js, including functional components, hooks, and state management (e.g., Redux or Context API).
- Proficient in Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
- Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose for database operations.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and security best practices.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Basic understanding of DevOps and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Firebase.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to Next.js or other full-stack frameworks is a bonus.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
