Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

About the job:

We're looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer (MERN) who loves building scalable, user-friendly web applications.
You'll work closely with our tech team to design, develop, and deploy real-world projects using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
This role is perfect for someone who wants to sharpen their development skills, work on live products, and contribute to meaningful projects from day one.

Key responsibilities:

1. Build responsive front-end interfaces using React.js.
2. Develop robust APIs and backend logic with Node.js and Express.js.
3. Work with MongoDB for data storage and schema design.
4. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
5. Collaborate with designers and other developers for feature implementation.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code.
7. Participate in code reviews and sprint planning sessions.

Other Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

2. Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON.

3. Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

4. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative.

6. Experience with Redux, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS.

7. Knowledge of authentication (JWT, OAuth).

8. Understanding of deployment tools like Vercel, Render, or AWS.

9. Prior internship experience or personal projects in the MERN stack.
