Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across frontend and backend development, experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, and the ability to build secure, user-friendly, and scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Build scalable and efficient RESTful APIs
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js
- Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexing
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
- Integrate third-party APIs including payment gateways, logistics, and external services
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and SEO
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS or other cloud platforms
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js
- Strong working knowledge of React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux)
- Experience with MongoDB (aggregation, indexing, performance tuning)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks (Tailwind / Bootstrap)
- Experience with Git / GitHub
- Understanding of API security, JWT, OAuth
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience building e-commerce applications
- Exposure to eCommerce / SaaS / Marketplace platforms
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Experience with TypeScript
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as a Full Stack or MERN Stack Developer
