Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong backend depth and practical frontend experience. Kindly request to all only 4+ years experience candidate apply for this opening.
You will build, integrate, and scale web applications, contribute to clean API architecture,
and help deliver stable releases on AWS.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications (frontend and backend).
● Develop secure and well-structured REST APIs; integrate third-party APIs as needed.
● Implement backend services in Python with clean, testable code and strong error handling.
● Model and optimize data using MongoDB (indexing, aggregation pipelines, performance tuning).
● Work with AWS for deployments, storage, and monitoring (e.g., EC2/Lambda, S3, CloudWatch; as
applicable).
● Follow strong Git practices (branching strategy, pull requests, code reviews, release tagging).
● Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive reliability improvements.
● Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into scalable technical
solutions.
● Write technical documentation for APIs, modules, and deployments to support maintainability.
Must-Have Skills (Required)
● 5–7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
● Strong Python development experience (backend services, APIs, data handling).
● Strong MongoDB experience (schema design, aggregation, indexing, optimization).
● Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth basics), and API
security best practices.
● Hands-on Git usage in team environments (PR-based workflows, conflict resolution).
● Practical experience deploying/operating applications on AWS.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
● Experience with any PHP framework (Laravel / CodeIgniter / Symfony or similar).
● Working knowledge of MySQL (queries, joins, indexing, performance tuning).
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
● Experience with Docker and basic containerized deployments.
● Frontend experience with modern UI frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and responsive UI
development.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical experience.
