Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and confident Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python (Django/Flask) and ReactJS. The ideal candidate should be an individual contributor who can take ownership of end-to-end development tasks, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver robust, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).
• Build clean, scalable, and maintainable code in a fast-paced environment.
• Work across the full software development life cycle – from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security best practices.
• Take initiative and drive technical solutions independently.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Solid experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to independently take features from concept to production.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or any DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture.
