Job Description

Gurully is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership across frontend and backend development, building scalable and high-performing web applications using React JS and PHP Laravel. If you are passionate about clean architecture, writing reliable and testable code, and delivering production-ready features end-to-end, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React and Laravel.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React, ensuring smooth performance and clean UI architecture.
• Develop robust backend services using Laravel, including RESTful APIs, authentication, and business logic.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions, specifications, and implementation plans.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs, ensuring security, reliability, and performance.
• Optimize database queries and improve system performance using MySQL best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to enhance stability and scalability.
• Write clean, well-structured, testable code and follow coding standards across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, UI/UX) to deliver features on time.
• Deploy applications, monitor performance, and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.
  
  

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong Object-Oriented Programming expertise.
• Must have strong hands-on experience with React JS and PHP Laravel Framework.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, modern frontend patterns, and component-driven development.
• Excellent MySQL knowledge with strong query optimization skills.
• Proficiency in Git (or any version control system) and comfortable with collaborative workflows.
• Solid experience in API development and integration of third-party APIs.
• Good working knowledge of frontend fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with AJAX/jQuery (preferred).
• Experience with authentication/authorization, role-based access control, and secure coding practices.
• Ability to understand business requirements and deliver complete features independently.
  
  

Experience with testing practices (unit/integration), CI/CD, or deployment workflows.

Familiarity with performance monitoring, caching, queues, and scalable architecture patterns.
