Full Stack Developer (React + Next.js & Node.js + NestJS)

Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 0-2 years of experience in React with Next.js and Node.js with NestJS to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack applications using Next.js (React) for the frontend and NestJS (Node.js) for the backend.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless data communication.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create an intuitive user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT or OAuth.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Front-End (React + Next.js):

• Proficiency in React.js and Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR).
• Strong understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Material UI (MUI) or Tailwind CSS for styling.
• Understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Familiarity with React Hooks, Server Components, and API routes in Next.js.

Back-End (Node.js + NestJS):

• Experience with NestJS framework (modular architecture, dependency injection).
• Proficiency in TypeScript and backend development best practices.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development.
• Experience with TypeORM for database management.
• Understanding of authentication & security best practices (JWT, OAuth).

Database & DevOps:

• Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Redis or Firebase for caching and real-time data handling.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean (preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in building scalable SaaS applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.
