Full Stack Developer ( React+ Node)

Overview

About the Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Node.js and React.js to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work on the development of scalable, high-performance web applications and play a key role in the architecture, development, and deployment of end-to-end solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and maintain robust, clean code in a fast-paced agile environment.

Responsibilities
Following are the day-to-day work activities:

• Be part of end-to-end full stack development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Manage database development and optimization using SQL technologies.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and manage release cycles using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-impact features.
• Identify technical risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Stay updated with new technologies and advocate for continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge on Clean Architecture and Clean code practices.

Requirements
Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The requirements must have been:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Full stack development, including NodeJS, JavaScript, React js, SQL and Azure DevOps.
• Insurance domain knowledge.
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and JavaScript for back-end development.
• Expertise in React.js framework for front-end development.
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing relational databases using SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Good understanding of Azure DevOps for CI/CD, pipelines, repositories, and releases.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and API integration.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the stack.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application design (preferably Azure).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
