About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
2. Integrate AI/ML solutions into business workflows to optimize processes and enhance user experience.
3. Build clean, efficient, and maintainable front-end and back-end code.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Data) to deliver innovative solutions.
5. Work with databases, APIs, and cloud services to ensure high performance and scalability.
6. Stay updated with emerging technologies (AI, automation tools, frameworks) and apply them to projects.
7. Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality.

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

1. Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails (1–3 years preferred). Candidates without prior experience should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn Ruby on Rails.

2. Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, APIs, or libraries (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

3. Strong foundation in web application architecture, REST APIs, and microservices.

4. Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus.

5. Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging and optimization skills.
