Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails & React)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails in building backend APIs and services.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development using React.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git and other tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and implement new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack.
