About Us

Ralakde Automation International Pvt Ltd is an Indo-UK enterprise innovating in the industrial automation sector. We are expanding our in-house development team to build AI-powered business systems including CRM, automation tools, and e-commerce integrations.

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Ruby (preferably Ruby on Rails), Vue.js, and modern JavaScript. You will work on cutting-edge web applications used globally by our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize full-stack applications in Ruby and Vue.js
• Develop scalable APIs and integrate third-party services
• Create intuitive front-end interfaces with Vue and JavaScript
• Write clean, modular, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers
• Work on performance tuning, security, and system architecture
• Participate in code reviews and sprint planning

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Ruby (preferably Ruby on Rails)
• Strong knowledge of Vue.js and component-based front-end development
• Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Version control (Git) and familiarity with Agile development workflows
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (Docker)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Exposure to AI/ML integration or Shopify/ERP platforms is a plus
• Understanding of backend performance and security best practices

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
