Overview

We are looking for Full Stack Developer Trainee - Female Candidates -Based out of Villupuram

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and maintain scalable, full stack web applications.
• Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and architecture to testing and deployment.
• Contribute to both client-side and server-side development efforts, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Support the development and integration of APIs and web services to enable dynamic and interactive application features.
• Work with databases and data storage systems to manage, retrieve, and persist application data effectively.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, version control, and documentation throughout the development process.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization to deliver high quality, reliable software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the development team.
• Continuously enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to full stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
• Fundamental knowledge of frontend and backend development principles, including exposure to frameworks, tools, and programming languages.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP), web architecture, and MVC design patterns.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git/GitHub and collaborative development practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot software issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Good communication skills with a professional attitude and a proactive approach to teamwork.
• Eagerness to grow in a technical environment and willingness to adapt to project requirements.
