We are looking for Full stack web developers who can work from our office in Jodhpur (342008).

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer who can bridge the gap between business expectations and technology. This role requires a developer with a strong foundation in JavaScript (JS) and Relational Databases (RDBMS), Python preferred, who is not only technically proficient but also has experience leveraging AI to enhance development/coding process.

The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 2 years of full-stack development experience and a keen eye for detail. Capable of breaking down problems and derive an efficient solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using JavaScript (front end and back end both, required) and Python (for backend, preferred).
• Work with RDBMS (required, MySQL preferred) and Clickhouse (preferred) for data management and analytics.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve coding efficiency, debugging, and testing processes.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand problems and identify technology-driven solutions that align with business goals.
• Articulate business problems to technical teams and design scalable solutions that can be enhanced by AI.
• Continuously explore new AI technologies and how they can be integrated into development workflows for better productivity.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions with a focus on both the technical and business implications.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in full-stack development, with strong proficiency in:
• Frontend: JavaScript (React.js, HTML5, CSS3)
• Backend: JavaScript (Node.js) and Python
• Databases: RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Experience in using AI tools (e.g., AI-driven code generation, debugging, or performance optimization tools).
• A strong understanding of business problems and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to think from a business perspective, ensuring that technology adds measurable value.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and business needs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A problem-solving mindset focused on delivering results efficiently and effectively using AI and technology.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with AI-based development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-driven testing frameworks).
