About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software development. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Java, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, and Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
