Full Stack Java Developer trainer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Java Developer Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Java, Spring Boot, and frontend technologies like Angular/React. The trainer will be responsible for designing course content, conducting live sessions, mentoring students, and preparing them for real-world development and job readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training on Full Stack Java Development (Java + Frontend).
• Teach backend concepts using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA.
• Cover frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React.
• Guide students in building real-time web applications and mini-projects.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and projects.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual guidance.
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback and mentoring.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and update content accordingly.

Technical Skills Required:Backend:

• Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling)
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
• RESTful APIs
• Hibernate / JPA
• MySQL / PostgreSQL

Frontend:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Angular (preferred) or React.js
• Bootstrap / Material UI

Dev Tools:

• Git & GitHub
• IDEs like Eclipse/IntelliJ
• Postman, Maven/Gradle
• JUnit, Mockito (added advantage)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in development and/or training.
• Prior experience in mentoring or teaching students is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with project-based learning or job-oriented training
• Exposure to cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (for placement training)
• Ability to teach soft skills or job interview preparation (optional)
