Supra Fintech is a new-age fintech startup focused on transforming access to micro-credit in India. We aim to simplify and democratize small-ticket personal loans for underserved and emerging segments through a mobile-first lending platform. Currently, we are developing a secure and scalable digital lending portal and mobile application that will enable seamless loan discovery, application, approval, and repayment.
As we expand, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our tech team and help shape the future of digital credit in India.
Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack MERN Developer with React Native Experience to join our core product development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining our mobile application, integrating with backend APIs, and delivering a smooth user experience across both Android and iOS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with backend developers and designers to integrate APIs and build seamless UI/UX.
- Translate Figma designs and wireframes into quality code.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with the product and design team to iterate quickly on features.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Full Stack MERN with React Native development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and mobile frameworks.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with Redux, React Navigation, and AsyncStorage.
- Knowledge of mobile architecture, performance tuning, and debugging.
- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics tools is a plus.
- Understanding of both Android and iOS deployment processes.
Job Location: Bangalore (On-Site, Hybrid)
