We’re hiring a Full-Stack Developer Intern who can contribute across the mobile/front-end (React Native or React) and back-end (Node.js) with a solid SQL foundation.

Work mode: On-site (Koramangala)

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹15,000 per month (based on skill fit)

Duration: 3–6 months (possibility of PPO based on performance)

Hard requirement: Your primary stack must be React Native or React, Node.js, and SQL.

Deal-breaker: If your core experience is in other languages/frameworks (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Swift, Python, Go, PHP, .NET) and you can’t work in RN/React + Node + SQL from day one, this role isn’t a fit.

• Build and iterate on features in our React Native (preferred) or React app.
• Design and implement REST APIs with Node.js (Express or similar).
• Work directly with SQL databases (Postgres/MySQL): schema design, queries, indices, performance basics.
• Turn Figma mockups into smooth, high-performing screens.
• Debug across mobile and backend; profile and optimize performance.
• Use AI copilots (Claude/ChatGPT/Copilot) to move faster and write cleaner code.

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building at least 2–3 real projects (personal, college, freelance, or prior internship) using React Native/React + Node + SQL.
• Solid SQL basics (joins, transactions, indexing concepts, query optimization fundamentals).
• Comfort switching between front-end and back-end.
• Ability to read docs, self-debug, and ship.

• Mobile packaging & releases (Android/iOS), basic store guidelines.
• Auth/sessions, OWASP-style security basics.
• Testing habits (unit/integration), linting/formatting.
• Basic CI/CD and Git workflows.

• Mentorship and code reviews from founders/lead devs.
• A creative, no-bureaucracy environment — just builders.
• Real ownership and visible impact on a live product.
• Potential PPO for standout performance.
