Full Stack PHP Developer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack PHP Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Laravel or Symfony and frontend technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, designing REST APIs, and delivering high-performance solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, ownership mindset, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end application features across backend (PHP Laravel/Symfony) and frontend (React / Vue.js / Angular).
• Design, build, and integrate scalable REST APIs ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks along with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Participate in technical design discussions, architecture planning, and solution implementation.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
• Handle full-stack development tasks including backend logic, frontend integration, and database management (SQL / MongoDB / NoSQL).
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, Dockerized deployments, and cloud-based environments where required.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security best practices.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders as needed and support project requirements including extended working hours (up to 11 : 30 PM when required).
• Contribute to enhancements and development in systems related to HCM / Payroll domains (if applicable).
  
  

• Strong experience in PHP with frameworks like Laravel or Symfony
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
• Understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and secure coding practices
