About Role

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Python Developer to join our innovative and cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (preferably Django or Flask) on the backend and React.js or Angular on the frontend. The role requires hands-on experience with AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Docker. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Domain knowledge in CHVAC systems and/or embedded programming is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus and will be considered a valuable secondary skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Build modern, responsive frontend applications using React.js or Angular.
• Design and manage scalable cloud services on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Work with both relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Containerize and manage application deployments using Docker.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and QA.
• Apply domain expertise in CHVAC and/or embedded systems to improve integration and performance.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team discussions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack.
  
  

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in Python with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong experience in frontend development with React.js and/or Angular.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Docker for containerized development and deployment.
• Experience working with REST APIs and Git-based workflows.
• Very good communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CHVAC systems or embedded programming is highly desirable.
  
  

Secondary Skills (Good To Have)

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML technologies (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Exposure to GraphQL.
• Familiarity with additional cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Jest).
• Understanding of DevOps pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Exposure to IoT systems or real-time data processing.
