We're on a mission to deliver effective, science-backed beauty solutions while building seamless digital experiences for our customers. We are now looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to help scale our digital infrastructure and front-end capabilities.

Role Overview

As a Software Developer, you will work across platforms to build and optimize robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop user-facing features, maintain backend systems, manage integrations, and extend functionality on platforms like Shopify and WordPress, while also working with modern stacks such as React.js, Node.js, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Build and customize Shopify front-end and Liquid templates, as well as WordPress-based pages/plugins
• Create APIs and manage integrations between platforms, CRMs, and databases
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to launch new features and campaign pages
• Optimize performance, security, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
• Debug, test, and deploy production-ready code using Git workflows
• Manage and structure scalable backend data models
• (Optional) Work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB for specific use cases

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of professional experience in software/web development
• Proficient in React.js, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong database skills: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases
• Experience with Shopify (Liquid) and WordPress development
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, integrations, and version control (Git)
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web security best practices
• Bonus: Exposure to MongoDB, DevOps basics, or analytics integration tools (GA4, Hotjar)

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
