About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build real-world web applications from idea to deployment.
2. Work on both frontend and backend systems using modern JavaScript frameworks.
3. Develop frontend interfaces using React and basic Next.js concepts.
4. Build backend APIs and logic using Node.js or Supabase.
5. Design and work with PostgreSQL databases, authentication, and basic file storage.
6. Integrate third-party APIs and services into applications.
7. Build and maintain AI-powered features using GPT-based APIs (such as OpenAI or similar).
8. Implement event-based analytics using tools like Google Analytics or Posthog.
9. Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
10. Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
11. Debug issues across frontend, backend, and integrations.
12. Take ownership of features from start to finish and ship working solutions.

Work details:

1. Full-time, in-office role.
2. Location: Agra.
3. Working days: Monday to Friday.
4 Working hours: 10 AM to 6 PM.

Compensation & growth:

1. CTC range: 3.6 LPA to 4.8 LPA (based on skills and performance).
2. Performance and growth reviews every 6 months.
3. Long-term growth opportunities into senior or lead roles.
