Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack development and a proven track record of leading engineering teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work directly with clients, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of end-to-end software solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using modern frameworks and tools, including React, React Toolkit, Next.js, and Nest.js.
• Build and optimize backend systems with PostgreSQL and other relational databases.
• Implement containerized solutions using Docker, Docker Compose, and manage deployments with Kubernetes.
• Develop and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS.
• Establish and enforce best practices in Git-based version control workflows.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to a team of engineers, ensuring code quality and adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot, optimize and enhance system performance and scalability.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and frameworks to introduce innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team management role.
• Technical Expertise:
• Frontend: React, React Toolkit, Next.js.
• Backend: Nest.js, PostgreSQL.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes.
• Cloud: AWS (Compute, Storage, Networking).
• Version Control: Advanced knowledge of Git workflows.
• Proven experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect scalable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of security best practices for web and cloud applications.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and tools.
