Job Description
Location of office: HSR Layout, Bangalore (near Agara Lake)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and deliver full stack solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and scale tools for ESOP management, data analytics, and platform features.
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend systems using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and relevant databases (MongoDB, Oracle, SQL, Postgres).
- Participate in live coding sessions and solve problems in the flow, ensuring clean and efficient code.
- Work on REST APIs, sockets, or gRPC-based architectures.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, from feature development to implementation.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and product scaling plans.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a fullstack or backend-heavy engineering role.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and comfort working across the tech stack.
- Strong knowledge of at least one backend language (JavaScript/Node.js preferred).
- Hands-on experience with databases – MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and real-time communication protocols.
- Previous exposure to frontend work is a big plus, even if the current role is backend-focused.
- Comfortable with live coding assessments and collaborative debugging.
