We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise software products. The role requires hands-on technical leadership across front-end, back-end, cloud, and DevOps practices, along with strong stakeholder engagement and team mentoring capabilities. You will partner with Engineering, Services, and Product teams todeliver secure, high-availability solutions for managing onboarding, configuration, monitoring, asset lifecycle, and endpoint management across enterprise environments. • sRequired Qualification
• s8+ years of full stack development experience in enterprise or product-based environments
• .Strong expertise in ReactJS / Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern UI development
• .Strong backend development experience with .NET Core, Go, or Node.js, including unit testing
• .Hands-on experience with SQL / NoSQL databases, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures
• .Experience with Azure services, Docker, Kubernetes, and multi-tier application deployment
• .Proven team leadership experience managing small engineering teams
• .Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum processes, and software design principles (SOLID, design patterns)
• .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• .Preferred Qualification
• sBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• .Experience with enterprise IT automation solutions
• .Exposure to AI/ML concepts for future product innovation

.Responsibilitie

• sTechnical Leadership & Architectur
• eLead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET / Go, Node.js, ReactJS / Angular, Python, SQL / NoSQL, and Azure cloud services
• .Define system architecture, data models, API integrations, and microservices strategy ensuring security, performance, and reliability
• .Contribute hands-on code across front-end and back-end components while enforcing coding standards, documentation, and testing discipline
• .Drive cloud-native architecture adoption including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-tier application deployment
• .Team Leadership & People Managemen
• tManage and mentor a team of 2–6 full stack developers, providing day-to-day technical guidance and performance coaching
• .Conduct 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and growth planning to foster accountability and continuous learning
• .Lead hiring, onboarding, and skills development initiatives within the engineering team
• .Delivery & Stakeholder Managemen
• tWork with stakeholders, architects, project managers, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• .Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release coordination, and roadmap tracking in Agile/Scrum environments
