We're looking for a Full Stack UI Developer to take ownership of our entire digital presence — from rebuilding our marketing site to maintaining landing pages, microsites, and UI-driven content tools. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape how WebEngage shows up to the world.

We're looking for a Full Stack UI Developer to take ownership of our entire digital presence — from rebuilding our marketing site to maintaining landing pages, microsites, and UI-driven content tools. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape how WebEngage shows up to the world.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end development of all WebEngage’s digital interfaces — including the main website, microsites, landing pages, campaign pages, resource hubs, and more.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into clean, performant code.
- Work with CMS platforms (like WordPress, Strapi, or headless CMSes) or build lightweight custom CMS for content management as needed.
- Build responsive, mobile-first and SEO-optimized frontend experiences using modern JS frameworks.
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and page speed (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).
- Implement analytics, tracking pixels, and A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Optimizely).
- Set up scalable hosting environments (e.g., Vercel, Netlify, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
- Maintain and refactor existing codebase to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend tooling, web animation, performance optimization, and Jamstack/Headless architecture.
- 3–6 years of experience in frontend or full-stack development with a strong UI/UX orientation.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React.js, Next.js preferred).
- Experience with headless CMS (e.g., Strapi, Sanity, Contentful) or integrating with APIs for dynamic content.
- Working knowledge of Node.js, Express, and server-side rendering (SSR) concepts.
- Good understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), SEO best practices, and responsive design.
- Comfortable using design tools (e.g., Figma, Zeplin) and collaborating closely with designers.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and modern dev environments.
- Experience with tools like Vercel, Netlify, Firebase, or cloud hosting providers.
- Experience working in product-led SaaS or startup environments.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, lead generation funnels, and CRO best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like GTM, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Segment, etc.
