Roles and Responsibilities:
Must Have:
Skills and Experience Required:
Must Have:
- Good understanding of Semiconductor devices and Power Electronics
- Ability to read, analyse Hardware schematics and PCB layout
- Knowledge of Electronics Hardware testing, e.g. Dielectric, EMI/EMC, DC surge etc.
- Understanding of Electrical system and control systems.
- Requirement gathering, Requirement writing, System design Documentation.
- DFMEA, FTA/Fishbone and any other six sigma tools
- Test plan creation and test execution (On Genset/Matlab based simulation system-HIL/MIL)
- Knowledge about System V diagram
- Communication Protocols: Ethernet, CAN, Modbus
- Exposure to troubleshooting and bug fixing
- Datalink domain Knowledge ISO 7-layer
- Basic knowledge of Network Topology
- Genset Domain Knowledge – Alternator, Protection, Paralleling, PLC, Relays-breakers, etc.
- Engine Domain Knowledge - Base Engine, Controls, Application, protection, etc.
- Cyber Security
- Closed and Open loop control/Theory (PG Programs)- AVR, Voltage Regulation, Speed Governing
- Electronic Control Architecture knowledge - **microprocessor, SW, Service tool, HMI
- Product development lifecycle- in general knowledge
- Fault Diagnostics
- PSHA (Product Safety & Hazard Analysis) and Product risk assessment
- Knowledge of Codes and Compliance (e.g. UL, IEC, RoHs etc) related to Electronics Hardware
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience Range - 4 to 8 Years
- Qualification - BE/ BTech/ME/MTech in Electrical, Electronics Engineering. Preferably Masters in Electrical/Electronics/ECE.
