About Invisible
Invisible is an AI-first task tracker built on WhatsApp. It observes conversations, understands tasks, and updates your list automatically. We’re developing AI agents that understand context, reason about intent, and convert chat into actions. We’re seeking a GenAI Engineer passionate about applied AI, capable of designing agent behavior and building underlying systems.

Why We’re Hiring
We're moving from prototype to product, focusing on transforming WhatsApp data into structured tasks. We aim to create a lightweight architecture that observes, reasons, and acts, requiring an engineer to help design and implement these agents with tasks like prompting, evaluation, and orchestration. You’ll work on integrating models, building tools, and shaping user interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and refine autonomous agents for chat data analysis and task inference.
• Design workflows for data ingestion, reasoning, and task generation.
• Implement evaluation frameworks for agent performance.
• Build reusable components for multi-agent systems.
• Collaborate on deploying and monitoring agents.
• Create prompt templates for summarization, classification, and reasoning.
• Maintain prompt libraries and automate testing.
• Explore new frameworks and techniques for model accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to product design and documentation.

What You’ll Need

• 3–5 years in AI, NLP, or full-stack development.
• Strong Python skills, REST APIs, and database experience.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open models).
• Knowledge of AI agents, evals, tool use, and reasoning.
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Ship small AI projects from idea to testing.
• Curiosity and discipline for AI behavior improvement.
• Bonus: experience with chat systems, WhatsApp automation, open-weight models, open-source frameworks, or rapid prototyping.
