Job Summary: We are seeking developers who will be working within a machine learning team/squad. The team is working on developing Artificial Intelligence solutions including ML and Gen AI. The candidate should be familiar with python development and prompt engineering. The candidate should be able to work with different Clients/SME’s and understand the business requirements for prompt engineering and proper python code development. Experience with Open AI and different LLM models, conduct testing and performance evaluation is required. Good candidate should be familiar with ongoing monitoring.

Mode of Work: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Python-based AI libraries.
  
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for existing libraries.
  
• Participate in prompt engineering, crafting, refining, and optimizing prompts for various LLM use cases.
  
• Continuously update prompts based on new LLM versions, capabilities, and model improvements.
  
• Conduct regular testing, debugging, and performance analysis of GenAI and ML solutions.
  
• Execute prompt benchmarking experiments and model evaluation.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, clients, and SMEs to gather requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
  
• Support ongoing monitoring, quality checks, and model governance best practices.
  
  

Requirements:

• Excellent prompt engineering capabilities with hands-on experience in LLM-based applications.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or AI/ML engineering.
  
• Strong proficiency in Python development and building production-grade applications.
  
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
  
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging skills, and problem‑solving mindset.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams and client stakeholders.
  
• Familiarity with OpenAI models and other LLM providers (Hugging Face, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
  
  

Good To Have Sk ills:

• Experience working with machine learning pipelines, vector databases, and embedding-based search.
  
• Cloud application development experience, preferably on Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure Functions, etc.).
  
• Prior experience in FinTech or financial services domain.
  
• Experience working in global delivery teams or distributed environments.
  
• Understanding of MLOps, monitoring frameworks, and model lifecycle management.
