Role Overview
We are looking for a Gen AI Engineer who will work on chatbots, autonomous AI agents, and AI-driven workflows for client and internal products.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how LLMs behave in production, can design agent logic, and is comfortable building the backend systems that power AI features.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Delhi.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Build chatbots and AI agents for real-world use cases
2. Define and refine autonomous agents for chat data analysis and task inference
3. Design AI workflows for data ingestion, reasoning, and task generation
4. Implement evaluation frameworks to measure agent accuracy, reliability, and consistency
5. Build reusable components for multi-agent systems
6. Design and manage prompt templates for summarization, classification, extraction, and reasoning
7. Maintain prompt libraries and automate prompt testing
8. Integrate LLMs into backend services using Node.js
9. Collaborate on deploying, monitoring, and improving AI agents in production
10. Explore new frameworks, models, and techniques to improve AI output quality
11. Contribute to product design, system architecture, and documentation

What You’ll Need

• 3–5 years of experience in backend, AI, or full-stack development
• Strong backend development skills (Node.js is mandatory)
• Hands-on experience building chatbots, AI agents, or AI workflows
• Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open models)
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Exposure to RAG systems, embeddings, or vector databases
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, tool usage, and reasoning workflows
• Experience with REST APIs and backend system design
• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a service-based / client-facing environment
• Python experience for AI experimentation or prototyping
• Experience with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, or production monitoring
• Prior work on multi-agent or tool-using AI systems
• Willingness to work onsite in Delhi
