Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced person to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients

Your future duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Development & Integration:
• Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI or Mistral.
• Implement AI-driven features within our ecosystem.
• Optimize API calls and manage interactions with LLM's.
• Backend & API Development:
• Design and develop APIs for AI-driven functionalities.
• Ensure efficient data exchange between AI models and business applications.
• Implement best practices for scalability and security.
• Collaboration & Deployment:
• Work with Ops to deploy AI models into production.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand AI use cases and technical feasibility.
• Optimize model inference performance in cloud-based environments.
• Code Quality & Performance:
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement unit and integration tests for AI-powered functionalities.
• Optimize services for performance and scalability.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Programming :

• Strong experience in Python, Front end technologies
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Python for AI model interaction
  
  

AI & Machine Learning:

• Familiarity with GPT models, embeddings, etc.
• Understanding of LLMs, NLP, and AI-driven application development.
  
  

Cloud & DevOps:

• Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure AI SDKs.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI application deployment.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for AI-based services or applications.
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional AI squad (PO, PM, Developer, Ops).
• Clear communication skills and ability to translate AI concepts into actionable tasks.
  
  

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Education & Certifications:

• Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
  
  

• Master Degree in Computer science or Data Science
• 7+ years in development with a focus on backend services.
• Previous experience in AI-powered application development.
• Experience in DevOps (CI/CD pipeline)
• Experience on containerization
