Generalist Software Engineer

We’re a stealth startup building AI agents that deliver entire services, fully automated and end to end. These agents do not just assist, they replace workflows by reasoning, adapting, and executing with deep context. Our stack combines LLMs, custom orchestration, retrieval systems, and internal knowledge graphs to create software that feels like a thinking teammate.

We have shipped product, handled real scale, and pitched at top accelerators. The founders are hands-on builders who move fast and care deeply about product. You won’t be joining a team, you’ll be helping define the company.

What You’ll Do

• Work across the full stack, from APIs and UIs to orchestration layers and infrastructure

• Build intelligent systems that combine reasoning, memory, and action

• Design and optimize context-aware pipelines and runtime environments for autonomous agents

• Tackle complex engineering challenges around latency, reliability, and agent coordination

• Ship fast, iterate faster, and own what you build

• Contribute to hiring, product shaping, and internal systems

You Might Be a Fit If

• You have 2 or more years of experience building and scaling systems across the stack

• You are fluent in Python, TypeScript, or both

• You have worked with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or real-time data processing

• You are comfortable with queues, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures

• You think of context and coordination as engineering problems, not just ML ones

• You have worked as an early engineer, founder, or independent builder

• You learn fast, move with intent, and don’t wait for permission

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with LangChain, Pinecone, Kafka, or Celery

• Building internal tools, debuggers, or orchestration platforms

• Experience deploying with Render, GCP, or Kubernetes

• Side projects that show ambition and craft
