1. Strong grasp of Agentic AI architectures with hands-on experience using LangChain and LangGraph

2. Experience building RAG pipelines with vector databases such as Pgvector and ChromaDB

3. Experience working with LLMs and APIs, including OpenAI (ChatGPT, GPT-4/4o), Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock, and Groq

4. Familiarity with embedding models such as OpenAI and Cohere

5. Knowledge of LLM observability tools such as LangSmith

6. Expertise in prompt engineering, including prompt chaining, template design (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought), and system prompts for multi-agent collaboration

7. Proficiency with Azure AI Services, including Azure Document Intelligence and Azure OpenAI Studio

8. Strong Python backend engineering experience using FastAPI or Django

9. Effective communication and collaboration skills

10. Understanding of WebSocket communication and event-driven architectures

11. Working knowledge of Docker, Linux (Ubuntu), and remote development using SSH

12. Proficiency with API documentation and testing tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI and Postman

13. Experience implementing Generative AI use cases, including RAG-based agents, multi-agent Q&A systems, summarization, classification, document parsing, and semantic search

14. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

15. Good understanding of the Azure cloud platform (plus)

16. Good understanding of AWS Bedrock services
