About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent, scalable, and impactful AI solutions. You will be working on state-of-the-art LLMs, prompt workflows, and GenAI-powered products. If you love Python and live for experimenting with AI, we want you on our team in Pune!

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI applications using LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.).
• Build RAG pipelines and integrate vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Fine-tune and optimize models using techniques like LoRA and RLHF.
• Create prompt strategies and evaluate output quality for various business use cases.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to bring AI features into production.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 1–2 years in Generative AI.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with:
• Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain
• LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere)
• Prompt engineering and response optimization
• Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture
• Knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Exposure to fine-tuning, LoRA, or RLHF techniques.
• Understanding of multimodal AI (text + image/audio).
