Generative AI Engineer / Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer with:

• Strong foundational knowledge in GenAI concepts
• Hands-on experience in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Expertise in Python and prompt engineering
• Exposure to agent-based architectures or AI agent POCs
• Working knowledge of DevOps environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize GenAI solutions, including RAG pipelines
• Build and test LLM agent-based architectures
• Develop scalable Python code with prompt engineering techniques
• Collaborate across DevOps, Data Science, and Product teams
• Use Git, Jira, or Azure DevOps to manage progress
• Contribute to scalable deployment of AI applications

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Generative AI fundamentals
• Proven experience with RAG pipelines
• Strong Python programming and prompt engineering skills
• Exposure to agent-based frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Autogen)
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Microsoft Document Intelligence or similar tools
• Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune)
• Exposure to NLP or Computer Vision
• Tools: Git, Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira

Preferred Qualities:

• Proactive problem-solver
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
