Senior Analyst – Generative AI Full stack Developer - .Net + Azure - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Work you’ll do
It is an integral part of the Deloitte CA Technology teams. The principle focus of this organization is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that e-enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems. The team develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies. It has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions to the clients by following a streamlined system development methodology. It comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and BA teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hand-on experience with .Net Web API development.
- 3+ years of experience with .Net Core development
- 3+ year of experience with Azure cloud development.
- Strong hands-on exposure to various Azure services
- 2+ Years of Angular/React web-UI development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- 1+ years of hands-on exp in Generative AI projects
- Good understanding of how Gen-AI models work.
- It is good to have a good understanding of business principles and practices.
- Desired to have a strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI. Able to support in implementing ethical guidelines for the use of Gen-AI.
- Ensure that AI is used in a responsible and ethical manner.
- Responsible to assist team on designing, building, and maintaining Gen-AI models and systems.
- A strong desire to produce quality work, adopt standards and adhere to those standards
- Must be able to think & innovate out of the box.
- Provide input to assist with continual improvement.
- Regularly discuss current workload, issues, concerns, etc.
- Challenge team members to broaden their thinking about the environment and applications
- Ensure all work adheres to best practices.
- Operate & Maintain: Manage the production issues of existing projects along with ongoing initiatives.
- Standards & Documentation: Accountable for the creation of key standards and documents
- Ensure documentation, processes and standards are maintained or created for the delivered projects.
Experience: 3.5-5.5 years
Work location: Hyderabad.
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
- Must have exposure to React/Angular based UI for AI/Gen-AI projects.
- Must have exposure to .Net server-side API creation.
- Must have hands-on exposure to most used Azure Services
- Ability to develop and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web applications.
- Should have exposure to Cloud computing platforms such as Azure for web-application deployment and management.
- Ability to showcase the technical solution implemented and present it to all stakeholders.
- Excellent Troubleshooting & Analytical skills
- Ability to manage / support multiple priorities.
- Be interested in the new tech stack and complex problems solving.
- Should be aware of complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, development, and unit testing.
- Should be able to share the consistent updates to project stakeholders on project risks and able to come up with risk mitigation plans.
- Designing and implementing Azure based web app solutions.
Nice to have:
- Gen AI Frameworks like LangChain
- Exposure to Python Web development
- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web applications.
- Develop Scalable and Robust backend APIs aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement and improve UI/UX designs.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers as needed.
- Should be self-driven individual and always look for future opportunities.
- Ensuring delivery of work with minimal errors, within agreed time frame.
