We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Genomic Data Analyst to join our dynamic team for an innovative AI project in genomic analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bioinformatics or genomics, with hands-on experience in analyzing genomic data and next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret complex genomic datasets derived from next-generation sequencing (NGS).

- Employ bioinformatics tools to execute comprehensive data analysis and derive meaningful insights for precision medicine applications.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including data scientists and researchers, to integrate AI methodologies into genomic studies.

- Develop and maintain data analysis pipelines to streamline genomic data processing and ensure data quality.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify significant patterns, variants, and biomarkers associated with diseases.

- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in genomic technologies and AI applications in genomics.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Genomics, Computational Biology, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in genomic data analysis, particularly involving next-generation sequencing.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, with a strong understanding of the Bioconductor suite.

- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and databases (e.g., UCSC Genome Browser, NCBI GenBank, Ensembl).

- Knowledge of AI applications in genomics is a plus, providing a competitive advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to engage in critical thinking.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹308,834.99 - ₹462,803.20 per year

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
