Job Summary:
As a Project Manager within the FICC Transformation team, you will lead medium-sized implementation and testing projects. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert on Derivatives asset class, managing stakeholder expectations and collaborating across functional groups. Your role involves creating project schedules, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring global consistency in solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage implementation and testing projects.
- Lead global/regional implementation projects.
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate progress to senior management.
- Resolve escalated risks and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
- Gather and document user requirements.
- Devise implementation strategies with technology leads.
- Deliver and track project builds with developers.
- Manage end-to-end testing processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Hold a degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Experience in FX, Derivatives, finance, or banking domain.
- Work effectively with global teams.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Lead complex global implementation programs.
- Utilize business analysis and project management tools.
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
