Group IT Manager

Overview

• Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and implement the group-wide IT strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of the automobile group, including manufacturing, sales, after-sales, and supply chain functions.
• Technology Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cybersecurity) across all locations, ensuring scalability and minimal downtime.
• Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing plants, dealerships, and corporate offices, including ERP systems, IoT integration, and smart factory solutions.
• Cybersecurity Oversight: Establish and enforce information security policies to protect the group from cyber threats, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals across various units, promoting skill development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers; oversee IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
• Data & Analytics Governance: Supervise the deployment of business intelligence and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making across departments like sales forecasting, inventory control, and customer relationship management.
• IT Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal audit guidelines relevant to the automobile industry.
• Support for Innovation: Collaborate with R&D and production teams to support technology-driven innovations such as connected vehicles, AI-driven diagnostics, and telematics systems.
• User Support & Change Management: Ensure effective user support systems and lead change management efforts during technology rollouts or upgrades.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
