Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Analyst with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Guidewire products and Business Analysis & Planning. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes and ensuring the successful implementation of Guidewire solutions.

Guidewire Certification CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Business Analyst with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Guidewire products and Business Analysis & Planning. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our business processes and ensuring the successful implementation of Guidewire solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Guidewire implementations
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Guidewire products to meet business needs
- Provide expert guidance on the use of Guidewire ClaimCenter PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ContactManager
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and processes
- Ensure that all Guidewire solutions are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of Guidewire solutions
- Provide ongoing support and training to users of Guidewire products
- Monitor and report on the progress of Guidewire implementation projects
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with Guidewire implementations
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Possess extensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ContactManager
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a proven track record of successfully implementing Guidewire solutions
- Show proficiency in business analysis and planning
- Display knowledge of claim file management is a plus
