Job Description
- 5-8 years of professional experience in Java development, including extensive use of frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Expertise in building and scaling microservices architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
- Strong experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), including performance tuning and optimizations.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Need an individual contributor, well-experience in Backend Programming.
- Should be hands-on in writing programming, complex syntax and queries.
- Hands-on experience in Data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in Banking and Retain domain is preferred.
- Should be a good team player with excellent communication.
