Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, cloud technologies, and team leadership. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, leading a team of developers, and ensuring best practices in software development.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, cloud technologies, and team leadership. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, leading a team of developers, and ensuring best practices in software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Architect and implement robust backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.js.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing (JUnit), code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes.
- Leverage AWS or Azure cloud services for application hosting, monitoring, and scaling.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Work with RDBMS systems, write optimized SQL queries, and ensure data integrity.
- Use Git/GitLab for version control and manage branching strategies.
- Participate in Agile development processes using Jira, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
813 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Solid experience with React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and SQL.
- Experience with IntelliJ IDEA or similar IDEs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and build tools like Maven.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and performance tuning experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- 710 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
