Job Title: Hardware & Networking Engineer

Location: Chennai (Two Wheeler Must)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and networking equipment at client sites

- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and in-person

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

Requirements:

-Fresher or 2+ years of experience in hardware and networking field service

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking protocols, and operating systems

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Valid motorbike license and willingness to travel frequently (company not provided motorbike )

- Ability to lift and transport equipment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
