Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Hardware & Network Engineer to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, network security, and firewall configurations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SOPHOS firewall management, network policy implementation, and hardware troubleshooting to ensure smooth IT operations at our IVF center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Firewall Management:
• Configure, monitor, and maintain SOPHOS firewall.
• Implement and update network security policies to prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular firewall audits and resolve vulnerabilities.
• Network Administration:
• Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks for seamless connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.
• Implement network security protocols and best practices.
• Hardware Maintenance & Support:
• Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
• Oversee installation, upgrades, and maintenance of operating systems and software.
• Coordinate hardware procurement and vendor management.
• System Security & Compliance:
• Implement IT security policies as per industry standards.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
• Monitor network traffic & logs to identify and mitigate threats.
• User Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
• Train staff on IT best practices & security protocols.
• Maintain IT documentation for configurations, policies, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 5-6 years of experience in IT network & hardware management.
✅ Hands-on experience with SOPHOS firewall configuration & security policy enforcement.
✅ Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs).
✅ Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, system administration (Windows/Linux).
✅ Familiarity with backup solutions, cloud services, and cybersecurity measures.
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
