Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Software Developer Engineer 3 to design, develop, test, and optimize robust software applications and systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative features, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug software applications and systems, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, contributing to technical roadmapping and innovation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of the software.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements to optimize processes and procedures.
• Provide training and foster the development of junior engineers.
• Monitor and enhance application performance and security, addressing vulnerabilities and enforcing high standards.
