We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSync Business Analyst with over 2+ years of experience in an accounting or professional services firm to work with our US/UK clients.The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing and supporting the use of HubSync, a document and workflow automation platform widely used in accounting practices. You will act as a liaison between our technology team, accounting professionals, and HubSync support to ensure the platform delivers maximum value and aligns with firm-wide business goals.
Location: This is a remote position. Anywhere in India

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
- Analyze current workflows, document management practices, and data pipelines within the firm to identify integration opportunities with HubSync.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to gather, document, and evaluate requirements for the effective use of HubSync features (e.g., tax organizers, e-signature workflows, document sharing).
- Configure and customize HubSync settings to meet the firm’s operational needs.
- Coordinate with the HubSync support team for troubleshooting, upgrades, and feature enhancement requests.
- Provide ongoing user training, create documentation, and support onboarding processes for new employees using HubSync.
- Monitor platform performance and user adoption metrics, and deliver insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Support data mapping, migration, and integration efforts between HubSync and other internal systems (e.g., CRM, tax software, cloud storage platforms).
- Assist in developing SOPs and best practices for consistent and compliant use of the platform across the firm.
- Excellent Presentation and communication skills
- Qualification:2+ years of experience in a business analyst or operations role.
- Hands-on experience working with HubSync or similar document/workflow management platforms (e.g., Canopy, CCH Axcess, Lacerte, or Practice CS).
- Familiarity with tax workflows, e-signature processes, and document security requirements in professional services environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally with tech and accounting teams.
- Experience: 2+ years
- Annual CTC: Competitive - Commensurate with experience
- Job Timing: 9 AM IST to 5 PM IST ( with some overlapping time with US client)
- Week off: Saturday & Sunday
