Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Analyst located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Business Analyst will be responsible for using analytical skills to analyze HR data, conducting business analysis to improve human capital management, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to implement HR strategies.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills for data analysis
Human Resources (HR) and Human Capital Management expertise
Business Analysis capabilities
Strong Communication skills
Experience in HR analytics and reporting
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications in HR analytics or business analysis are a plus
