We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software systems. - Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure software applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Design.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- Contribute to the improvement of engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and reliability Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with backend development, APIs, microservices, and system integration.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
