Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong foundation in data analytics, statistical modeling, and hands-on proficiency in Python and/or R.
The ideal candidate will lead analytical initiatives, bridge the gap between business and data science teams, and drive decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis efforts for strategic and operational projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks using Python or R.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models to support data-driven decision making.
- Use statistical techniques (regression, classification, clustering, etc.) to uncover insights and recommend actions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to ensure scalable and robust data solutions.
- Conduct A/B testing, hypothesis validation, and forecasting.
- Present analytical findings to senior stakeholders with clarity and actionable Mentor and guide junior analysts on best practices and analytical approaches.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst with leadership Strong expertise in Python and/or R for data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis.
- Proficient in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Sound understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Masters/Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Prior experience in domains like Banking/Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or E-commerce is a plus.
- Exposure to machine learning techniques is an advantage
