Mid / Senior Front-End Developer (Flutter)

📍 Remote | ⏰ Full-Time or Part-Time | 📆 3-Month Initial Contract (with potential extension)

💰 $150–$300/month (Full-Time, based on experience & skill)

We're looking for a passionate Flutter developer to join our team and help build and enhance the front-end of our AI-enabled real estate platform — Hously.

You’ll work on:

• Building clean, responsive, and intuitive Flutter UI
• Implementing automation-enhanced workflows
• Collaborating on exciting new features with rapid feedback loops
• Improving existing modules for performance and UX

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of Flutter experience (preferably with SaaS products)
• Strong understanding of Flutter, REST APIs, and responsive design
• Solid UI/UX instincts — good eye for layout and composition
• Familiar with Celery, JavaScript, and Agile methodologies
• English communication proficiency

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience translating both visual and verbal briefs into working code
• Familiarity with Postman, security, or SEO
• Experience suggesting and implementing front-end optimisations
• Strong design instincts: sense of proportion, balance, clarity

• Analytical, self-driven, and detail-oriented
• Professional and proactive communicator
• Consistent and clear in documentation
• Able to work independently and collaborate with the team
• Excited about building something meaningful
