IAM Business Analyst

Role Description

Experienced in working with the Head of IAM-PAM and Secrets Management team to prevent unauthorized access, ensure safe storage of credentials, and manage secure storage, time-bound, and monitored usage.

1.2 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution.

1.3 Experience in identifying, investigating, and reporting potential cybersecurity exposures. Recommend corrective actions and maintain SME support and/or ownership through to resolution.

1.4 Work with IDAM Control Owners to record, monitor, and publish MI (Management Information), KCI reporting, and dashboards for cybersecurity management and other appropriate stakeholders.

1.5 Ability to analyze data and produce detailed management MI. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

1.6 Manage and govern KPIs, KCIs, and KRIs.

• Domain Knowledge
  
  

2.1 Extensive knowledge in managing compliance with IAM Security Standards.

2.2 Strong knowledge and experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls.

2.3 Exposure to global regulatory requirements, including GDPR, SOX, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.

3.1 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3.2 Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and align them toward common objectives.

3.3 Skilled in stakeholder management, collaboration on standard procedures, and implementation of best practices.

3.4 Strong presentation and reporting skills.

• Education and Experience
  
  

4.1 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.

4.2 Technical background in Privileged Access Management.

4.3 Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are desirable but not essential.
